The mission of the Underground Storage Tank Indemnification Fund (USTIF) is to provide for a cleaner Commonwealth by administering a fiscally responsible program to reimburse eligible participants for reasonable and necessary expenses incurred from releases into the environment.

Commonwealth agencies under the Governor’s jurisdiction are closed due to COVID-19 until at least April 3, 2020.  If you are a registered user trying to report a claim, please login to the online reporting system.  On the Claims Tab, click “Add Claim” and submit.  We will be checking the system for new claims periodically.  If you are experiencing technical issues with the website, please utilize the Helpdesk feature.

For website technical support, please send an email to:  websitesupport@ustifsupport.zendesk.com.   A ticket will be assigned to your inquiry and a support technician will assist you.
