Annual Reports
USTIF prepares annual reports summarizing accomplishments, claims, revenue, and Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) allocations. A new report is prepared following the end of each calendar year.
Additionally, an actuarial report is prepared for USTIF following each fiscal year. The report estimates the Fund’s liabilities, evaluates the fee structure, and provides recommendations regarding changes to the fee structure.
Lastly, two reports are provided to the General Assembly each year. The Fee Evaluation consists of the actuarial report and the fees and deductibles approved by the Board. The Allocations and Upgrade Loan Report summarizes activities and expenditures under the Environmental Cleanup Program, Pollution Prevention Program, and Upgrade Loan Program.
